my face is pixelized because i have no editing skills

The left is a (n already diced and sliced, and thrice exorcised) original version, the right is what happens when you upload it as an avatar. Are the avatar images hosted underwater? Is it an eyesight test?? Does it put it through a google translate??!

hmm, i've tried everything: not stretching it back, scratching it's back, even backing the stretch goals - it's just positively against things that are crisp +_- i've also tried all three upload options, but i haven't tried counting my pixels, although i think it should be just over two millions of them here.
well, hm, something will be figured out about it, one way or another, so no matter, thank you for help in trouble shooting with a wheel gun anyway
